Job Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Randstad Construction and Property. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the management of commercial and industrial projects, with a focus on procurement, contract administration, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and management of project budgets and schedules
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure effective project coordination and communication
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in quantity surveying or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
