About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Supervisor - Energy Hub. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers through face-to-face, telephony, and live chat interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective support to customers through various channels, including face-to-face, phone, and live chat.
  • Energy Efficiency: Share energy-saving tips and tricks with customers to help them reduce their energy consumption.
  • Sales and Service Goals: Work towards targets and achieve sales and service goals.
  • Community Engagement: Collaborate with local charities and organizations to make a positive impact in the community.
  • Adaptability: Be able to switch between different customer contact channels seamlessly.
