Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of security personnel to ensure the effective delivery of security services.
  • Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to prevent and respond to security incidents.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a security leadership role, preferably in a retail or commercial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures, including SIA and CCTV licensing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
