We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled leader to join our team as the Upstream and Fluid Management Modality Leader EMEA. As a key member of our Bioprocess Operating Company, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales specialists and field application specialists to drive growth and collaboration across all business units.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Sales Leadership: Lead a team of Upstream zone leaders, Sales Specialists, and Field Application Specialists to achieve sales growth and exceed orders and sales budgets.
- Drive Growth and Collaboration: Collaborate with product management and Upstream business unit leadership to deploy strategic plans for new products and growth initiatives.
- Meet Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets as commercial leader for the modality.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Science or Technology, MBA a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in the Biotechnology/Biopharma industry, preferably in sales leadership or business development.
- Skills: Consultative selling experience, team building, lean principles, and outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Working Knowledge: Working knowledge of SFDC, Danaher Business Systems, and SU Bioreactors, mixers, filtration, and all technologies as applied to upstream/downstream processes in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
