About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations professional to lead our EMEA team and drive excellence in employee experience. As EMEA Head of Employee Relations, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality employee relations service that meets the needs of our organisation.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of ER specialists to ensure effective case management support across the organisation.
  2. Provide expert advice and guidance to the ER team and manage complex ER issues.
  3. Collaborate with People &OD Business Partners to develop and implement ER policies and procedures.
  4. Support restructuring projects, redundancies, and TUPE situations as required.

About You

  1. Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  2. CIPD qualification (level 7) or working towards.
  3. Proven experience in managing an ER team.
  4. Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice.
