In a single vendor setting, it is crucial that work and priorities are coordinated across divisions and projects to ensure the right priority sequence can be given to vendor teams.

Your focus will be on tracking and driving running and upcoming actions across the factory, ensuring timely delivery of all associated process elements, such as contracts in place, estimations received, etc.

  • Setup a structure or tooling to manage requests to the factory, in alignment with PMO.
  • Liaise with and provide clear priority choices for directors in case of delivery conflicts.
  • Take ownership of factory budgets, negotiate effort with vendors, and ensure execution stays within budget.
  • Monitor, own, and drive delivery timelines for all factory deliveries, ensuring optimal results across changes, projects, and programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related business field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Relevant project management and Agile delivery experience within an ERP environment, preferably across multiple countries and/or regions.
  • Minimal understanding of ERP technical skills, preferably in Oracle R12, SCM, Contract Management.
  • Deep understanding of IT delivery mechanisms, such as Prince2, Agile, Waterfall.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, recognized by alternative solutions, and confident, accurate decision-making coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to keep track of and balance multiple priority items.
  • First-line negotiation skills to ensure initial estimations are complete, sharp, and realistic.
What We Offer
  • Performance-based bonus of 12.5%
  • 31 days holiday per year
  • Pension plan
  • Bicycle plan
  • Full coverage of public transport costs and partially car costs

Canon EMEA champions hybrid working with a flexible working policy. You will be part of an energetic and innovative environment with over 50 different nationalities. We encourage continuous learning and development with a wide range of resources and support available on demand.

Does this role align with your career expectations? We're excited to hear from you, even if you don't meet all the qualifications.
