We are seeking a proactive and inquisitive individual to oversee the collaboration with one of our key Client Accounts in the UK. This role focuses on advocating for and enhancing the utilization of Visa Europe products and services throughout their operations, aiming to elevate the Visa payments customer experience and drive growth.
The ideal candidate is someone who possesses a natural curiosity and a strong desire to learn, excels in teamwork, is exceptionally organized, and demonstrates creative problem-solving skills. Candidates should be adept at establishing networks and nurturing relationships within both the client organization and Visa. Familiarity with the payments sector and experience in financial services or banking is advantageous.
You will work closely with internal Visa teams and the client to introduce new innovations, ensuring that both entities remain at the forefront of the payments industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Client Director, Client Leads, and the broader account team to ensure stakeholders receive the necessary support from Visa.
- Cultivate relationships with client teams, addressing inquiries and proactively engaging on market trends and how Visa can assist.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the client's operations to effectively meet their needs and identify opportunities for Visa.
- Acquire and demonstrate thorough knowledge of all Visa products and services, proactively identifying opportunities that align with the client's needs to enhance profitability for your P&L and support the achievement of sales targets.
- Provide insights and reports on joint client initiatives and other account-related activities.
- Engage with colleagues across Visa, ensuring that teams such as products, consulting, marketing, and client services are adequately involved and informed about client opportunities and challenges.
- Assist in delivering high-quality client meetings and interactions, providing valuable insights and materials.
This is a hybrid role. Employees in hybrid positions are expected to alternate between remote work and office attendance, with a general guideline of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business requirements.
Qualifications:
- A genuine curiosity about payments, Visa, and our client's business, coupled with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
- An energetic and resilient self-starter who can work independently as well as collaboratively within a larger team.
- Ability to articulate Visa's capabilities while quickly identifying the necessary subject matter expert resources to support the client.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally, fostering trust as relationships develop.
- Capability to analyze and work with data to generate actionable and commercial insights.
