Job Title: Account Executive, Partnerships

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our Client Services team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing creator and branded content campaigns across key social platforms, including TikTok, Meta, and Snap.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the day-to-day management of campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality content.
  • Review creator content to ensure it meets campaign briefing requirements and expectations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with creators and talent management agencies.
  • Support the campaigns team with strategic creator research, vetting, and outreach.
  • Oversee and manage campaigns via our platform, Waves, including brief and content uploads and creator payments.
  • Ensure all campaigns are set up correctly across platforms.
  • Support Account Managers and Senior Account Managers with daily campaign statuses and updates.
  • Work on end-of-campaign reports to exceed client expectations.
Requirements:
  • Passion for creators and familiarity with platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Snap.
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
  • Experience being organized and meticulous about meeting deadlines with excellent attention to detail.
  • High energy and ability to multitask, with a real ability to quickly prioritize across several projects.
  • A proven team player, with a proactive and positive approach to achieving goals and supporting the work of others.
  • Able to build strong rapport and relationships both internally and externally.
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Not afraid to roll the sleeves up and get involved with day-to-day tasks when required.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
