We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to become a vital part of our esteemed Kier Group team.
Position Overview:
This role involves overseeing a significant project within our construction division.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Project Manager, your primary duties will include:
- Overseeing financial aspects of projects, including revenue, costs, and cash flow.
- Facilitating operational communications and fostering relationships with clients, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
- Delivering precise and consolidated reports and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensuring project execution aligns with safety standards, timelines, and quality expectations while maximizing profitability and client satisfaction.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate for the Senior Project Manager position will possess:
- Extensive experience managing high-value projects from pre-construction to completion.
- Proven track record in budget management and project scheduling.
- In-depth knowledge of NEC and JCT contract frameworks.
- Proficiency in IT tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software such as ASTA Power Project or Microsoft Project.
- Relevant certifications including SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and First Aid.
