Lead Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to become a vital part of our esteemed Kier Group.
Location : To be determined.
Contract : Full Time, Permanent.
Key Responsibilities:
In the capacity of Senior Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of our Build Team, steering a significant DFE Project.
Your daily responsibilities will encompass:
- Overseeing the financial aspects (revenue, expenditures, and cash flow) of projects.
- Facilitating operational communications and fostering relationships with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Delivering regular, precise, and consolidated reports and forecasts for the project to area management, Kier Group, and clients.
- Ensuring contracts are fulfilled safely, punctually, and to the required standards while maximizing gross margin and client satisfaction. This includes adherence to Kier Group's policies, procedures, and best practices in project implementation and site management.
Candidate Profile:
The role of Senior Project Manager is an excellent fit for you if:
- You possess substantial experience in leading high-value projects from pre-construction through to delivery and handover.
- You have demonstrable expertise in managing project budgets and timelines.
- You hold expert knowledge of project delivery under NEC and JCT contract conditions.
- You are proficient in IT applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email, along with experience in using ASTA Power Project or Microsoft Project.
- You possess certifications such as SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and First Aid.
