Compensation: £636 Pay Rate (Via Umbrella)

Contract Length: 6 Months

Work Arrangement: Fully Remote with Occasional Site Visits.

Job Overview

As a Lead Product Analyst specializing in Recruitment, you will report directly to a product owner and take charge of the design, configuration, and enhancement of Workday functionalities within the Recruitment sector of the Global People Technology framework. Your role will be pivotal in assisting the organization to address challenges by evaluating needs, comprehending requirements, exploring viable solutions, escalating issues as they arise, and ensuring the effective deployment of new features related to a specialized product domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as an expert in Recruitment solution design within Workday and related technologies for change requests and new updates, providing recommendations as necessary.
  • Lead the configuration of Recruitment modifications within Workday and supplementary systems, assuming greater responsibility for specific platforms as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for ongoing enhancement of Workday's Recruitment configuration.
  • Assist Product Owners with cross-functional initiatives and projects within the team as required.
  • Serve as a specialist regarding the relevant capabilities, limitations, and business processes within the Recruitment Product domain.
  • Engage in product and project meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Extensive experience with Workday Recruitment configuration.
  • Workday Recruitment certification is preferred.
  • Good understanding of HR processes is preferred, particularly regarding joiner, mover, and leaver processes.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a People Technology team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in delivering product training to specialized teams.
  • Self-sufficient, with experience in managing and monitoring your own workload.
