About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Solutions Architect to join our Digital Product team at Jet2. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business analysis and strategy across one of our customer journeys, leading a team of Business Analysts, and ensuring we deliver solutions that meet the Digital Product team's objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Business Analysts in the Digital Product organisation, coaching them to deliver high-quality solutions that address business problems and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with the Principal Business Analyst to establish standards and frameworks for best-in-class business analysis.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to Business Analysts across our teams.
  • Take the lead in business analysis activities, supporting all phases of delivery from scope definition and planning through to implementation.
  • Work closely with internal departments to understand business needs and develop a business analysis practice that meets these needs.
  • Partner with digital product management, design, and software engineering teams to align business analysts with teams delivering against portfolio objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, defining objectives, prioritizing and agreeing on roadmaps, and keeping everyone informed of releases and recent successes.
Requirements
  • Experience working in Agile development teams with Development, Testers, Data Science, and Product Management Teams.
  • Proven track record of managing and coaching Business Analysts.
  • Strong understanding of working closely with Digital Product, UX design, data, and software engineering teams.
  • Good record of working with the business to deliver commercial objectives through digital products.
  • Ability to advocate for change, promote product management and business analysis practices, and support a product-led culture across the organisation.
