About the Role

As a key member of our Supply Chain Logistics team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and motivate a team of warehouse team members, focusing on maximizing individual performance and ensuring our stores have the right stock, in the right place at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of warehouse team members to achieve exceptional performance and productivity.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve warehouse operations, including receiving, repacking, picking, and despatching of stock.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

  • Proven experience in leading and motivating operational teams, with a strong track record of achieving results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of supply chain logistics and operations.
