**Job Summary**

Handle Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients and candidates.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Collaborate with the HR Director** to develop and implement effective HR strategies and initiatives.
  • **Provide expert advice** on employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • **Work closely with the HR Operations team** to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.
  • **Support the Recruitment team** in attracting and selecting top talent.
  • **Develop and implement engagement strategies** to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • **Monitor and report on probation periods** to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • **Provide guidance** to managers on performance management, including goal setting and feedback.
  • **Manage disciplinary and grievance cases** in a fair and transparent manner.
  • **Implement flexible working arrangements** to support work-life balance.
  • **Deliver the induction process** for new joiners to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
  • **Conduct exit interviews** to gather valuable feedback and insights.

**Requirements**

  • **Proven experience** in HR, preferably in a global organization.
  • **Excellent organizational skills** to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • **Strong communication skills** to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • **Ability to learn quickly** and adapt to changing priorities.
