Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Employee Relations Advisor to join our team at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Employee Relations team, you will be responsible for providing professional advice and support to managers and employees on all aspects of employment law and HR best practice.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on employment law and HR best practice to managers and employees
  • Assist and support managers in relation to all employee relations issues, including advising on terms and conditions of employment and Trust policies and procedures
  • Responsible for accurate, timely and comprehensive entry of data into various systems and spreadsheets to enable reporting
  • Line manage a Band 5 Employee Relations Advisor
Requirements
  • Degree level education or equivalent experience
  • CIPD Associate Membership (Level 5)
  • Committed to continuous professional development
  • Up to date knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation and best practice in employment
  • Proven ability to communicate appropriately and effectively with all grades of staff both verbally and in writing
