About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our small team in St Albans. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting customers with orders, providing excellent customer service, and processing customer orders on our system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers with orders and providing excellent customer service
- Arranging installations, organizing engineers' diaries, and ordering spare parts
- Answering inbound customer inquiries via telephone and email
- Processing customer orders on the system
- Escalating queries to the aftersales team
- Developing good relationships with customers
Requirements:
- Organized and excellent attention to detail
- Competent with MS Packages
- Excellent customer service skills
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
