Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spanish-speaking Sales professional to join our team and contribute to the growth of our innovative company.
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving and developing new business in Spanish-speaking regions, identifying potential clients, building and nurturing long-term relationships, and closing deals. You will work closely with technical teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
The ideal candidate will be a native or fluent Spanish speaker with proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the industrial, engineering, or technical sectors. You will have a strong background in engineering, power plants, or industrial settings and be comfortable with European travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Spanish-speaking regions
- Present services and case studies to potential clients
- Travel across Europe to meet with clients and partners
Requirements:
- Fluent Spanish speaker with excellent communication skills
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in industrial, engineering, or technical sectors
- Strong background in engineering, power plants, or industrial settings
- Comfortable with European travel and able to work in a fast-paced environment
