About the Role

We are seeking an experienced native level Spanish-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our world-class SDR organization and support our Account Executives in building pipeline & generating sales in the Spanish market with a hyper-focus into the digital economies.

Responsibilities

  • Apply pipeline generation skills to generate net-new outbound opportunities
  • Achieve quotas of opportunities completed
  • Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts
  • Identify their main challenges and demonstrate our value proposition
  • Partner with our Account Executives to help fill their pipeline and develop your skills

About You

  • Fluent in Spanish (Native Level)
  • Minimum 1 year experience as an Outbound SDR in SaaS cloud or mid-market technology sales, working in the Spanish market
  • Hunter mindset that understands the importance of cold calling, emails, and social selling
  • A track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Has a strategic and tailor-made approach while targeting mid-market accounts
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Account Executives and Marketing teams
  • Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
  • Autonomy and ability to make things happen without supervision
  • Passionate about Sales, you have experience navigating through organizations, handling gatekeepers, speaking to decision makers, and qualifying prospects
  • Experience using prospecting tools and CRM such as Zoominfo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
