Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a General Manager at one of our premium health and racquets clubs. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional member experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of professionals to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and member satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve member experiences
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial targets are met

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of leadership and management experience in a similar role
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
