More about your role

As a key member of our team, you'll support the Costa Store Manager in ensuring smooth operations, exceptional customer service, and compliance. You'll also train and coach our Barista Maestros to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Top-notch people management skills
  • Food Safety Level 2 and Allergen Awareness certifications
  • At least one year of experience as a Barista Maestro or equivalent
