Kingston Work Experience Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist students in identifying and approaching potential work experience providers
* Support students in securing work placements that provide relevant 'on the job' skills and experience
* Provide ongoing management and support for students during their work placements
* Collaborate with educational staff to align work experience opportunities with students' career aspirations and curriculum requirements
Requirements:
* Proven experience in coordinating work experience or placement programs
* Strong understanding of vocational qualifications such as T-Levels or Apprenticeships
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with students, employers, and educational staff
* Ability to conduct risk assessments and ensure the safety and accessibility of work settings
* Organisational skills to manage multiple placements and provide structured support
