Employee Relations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join our team at Kingston. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in shaping the employee experience and ensuring that our organization remains compliant with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- HR Policy Development: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that reflect legislative changes and improve processes.
- Employee Relations: Provide professional HR advisory services to management on employment terms, legislation, grievance, disciplinary, and performance management.
- Organizational Change: Assist in organizational change processes, supporting required redeployment or redundancy matters.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and support team members in professional development, aligning team goals with corporate strategy.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on performance outcomes, managing casework and suggesting remedial actions when necessary.
- Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) or equivalent: Chartered Member of the CIPD or equivalent qualification/experience.
- Employment Legislation: Thorough knowledge of employment legislation, HR policy, and procedures.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high-level customer service focus.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and advanced IT literacy.
- Leadership Skills: Forward-thinking, innovative, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
