Employee Relations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join our team at Kingston. As an HR expert, you will provide professional advisory and policy services to support our diverse customers on complex HR issues.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment legislation.
- Provide operational support and guidance to managers on employee relations matters.
- Manage casework and lead on intricate HR matters, engaging with stakeholders to build trust and confidence.
- Contribute to continuous service improvement and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Oversee Senior HR Advisors, manage performance, and ensure effective HR resource allocation and operational management.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR policy.
- Experience in guiding managers through change processes and delivering HR services in large, unionised environments.
- Politically and commercially savvy, skilled in communication and team leadership.
- Driven by innovation and high standards, with a focus on continuous improvement.
