Lead Product Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Product Designer to join our team at rmg digital. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading the design direction of our products and services, ensuring they are visually appealing and functional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and enhance the Design System to support global growth and brand consistency.
- Lead the UX and design direction, ensuring websites and apps are visually appealing and functional.
- Work closely with design teams to meet customer and commercial needs.
- Guide the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and user flows with a focus on user experience.
- Oversee a small team of UX, UI, and brand designers, driving strategic decisions.
- Proven experience in defining and executing design strategies that drive user engagement and deliver measurable impact.
- Strong foundation in UX and design, with a deep understanding of how to create beautiful and functional interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
- Experience in managing and evolving brand identity, with a focus on maintaining consistency across multiple digital channels.
Requirements:
- Previous agency and brand experience is an added bonus.
