Product Design Lead

VIOOH is a leading global digital out of home marketplace, connecting buyers and sellers in a premium marketplace. As a Product Design Lead, you will be responsible for owning and leading key aspects of the VIOOH trading manager platform design and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design of innovative, user-centred products that meet the needs of our customers and drive our business goals.
  • Create design concepts and prototypes to test and refine product ideas.
  • Develop design specifications and documentation to guide development teams in implementing designs.
  • Conduct usability testing and user research to validate design decisions and iterate on designs as needed.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance to identify opportunities for improvement and new feature development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent on-the-job experience in product design, covering interaction design, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in product design, with a portfolio showcasing your work and design process.
  • High degree of knowledge of user-centred design principles and methodologies.
  • Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Zeplin, and InVision.
  • Exceptional UI design ability and a good level of proficiency building user experience within SaaS B2B products.
  • Experience working in a small design team (1-2 people), requiring creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to work on a high-velocity product.
  • Experience in early stage design teams responsible for establishing product design aligned with the vision and direction of the VIOOH business.
  • Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and driving product innovation.
