The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our management team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences, from initial contact to departure. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety, and promoting our brand values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Experience
    • Ensure all guests receive a warm welcome and are provided with exceptional service throughout their visit.
    • Address guest complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the General Manager as necessary.
  • Operations
    • Oversee the smooth operation of the venue, including managing staff, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
    • Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the guest experience.
  • Team Management
    • Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of performance.
    • Provide coaching and training to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality or leisure industry.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
