Job Summary:
Sport Aberdeen is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our facilities, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our facilities, including lifeguarding, customer service, and building presentation.
- Supervise and support a team of staff to ensure that our facilities are run efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
- Ensure that all staff are trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and Pool Plant Operator (PPO) qualifications are essential for this role.
- First Aid at Work qualification is also essential for this role.
- Experience of running a multipurpose venue and managing large teams of staff would be desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Ability to work flexibly and be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
