Duty Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Lane7 Aberdeen. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Lead shifts and ensure all team members are fully briefed and prepared for the shift ahead.
- Ensure our guest journey is immaculate, from check-in to departure.
- Represent the Lane7 brand to the best of your ability and immerse yourself in our amazing atmosphere.
- Ensure our teams are following all health and safety and food management policies.
- Respond to complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the management team to ensure all maintenance issues are reported and resolved quickly and efficiently.
As a Duty Manager at Lane7, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will receive comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in the role.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality or leisure sector. You will also need to be fluent in written and spoken English and have the right to work in the UK.
