As the 'go-to' person on-site, you will be responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of the Lodge, ensuring both the property and its residents are well cared for. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks, from organizing engaging activities to coordinating maintenance efforts and liaising with contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues.

About You

We are looking for an individual who thrives in a customer-focused environment. Your passion for providing exceptional service will be evident in your interactions with Home Owners, ensuring their needs are met with care and attention. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong relationships and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
