We are seeking a dedicated Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team on a full-time basis, focusing on increasing brand awareness and generating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Client Identification:
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and understand their specific needs and challenges.
- Utilize effective questioning techniques to tailor the AI solutions to meet the unique requirements of each client, ensuring a persuasive sales presentation.
- Monitor industry trends and insights to inform our outreach strategies.
Outreach Initiatives:
- Develop and execute engaging outreach campaigns through various channels to connect with prospective clients.
- Act as the friendly ambassador of our agency, introducing our services and sparking interest.
Client Consultation:
- Once clients express interest, collaborate with them to understand their needs and relay this information to the design team.
- Learn from colleagues in the sales team to effectively promote different features of the AI tool and adapt to customer requirements.
Proposal Development:
- Prepare tailored responses to client inquiries and requirements.
- Facilitate the finalization of contracts with prospective clients.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a charismatic personality. Previous experience in sales and marketing is advantageous, but a strong desire to learn and grow within the organization is essential.
We are looking for someone who is driven to succeed and committed to achieving results. You should thrive in a performance-oriented environment and have a keen interest in engaging with brands in the FMCG and e-commerce sectors.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive salary ranging from £25,000 to £30,000, with an OTE of £45,000.
