About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team at targetjobs Hired. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving awareness and opportunities for our AI-powered marketing agency.

Your Day-to-Day

You will work closely with our New Business Manager and Founder to develop and execute new business efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate and maintain engaging cold outreach campaigns to connect with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cold Outreach
    • Develop and execute cold outreach campaigns through phone calls, emails, and social media to connect with potential clients.
    • Be the primary point of contact for our business, introducing our services and creating interest with prospective clients.
  • Prospecting
    • Identify and research potential clients, understanding their needs and challenges.
    • Use effective questioning and tailor our AI solution to address the specific needs of each client, ensuring a compelling sales pitch.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and opportunities to contribute to our evolving outreach strategy.
  • Quoting & Contracts
    • Develop responses to client requirements.
    • Finalize contracts with prospects.
  • Learning & Development
    • Learn from our seasoned sales team and gain hands-on experience in sales.
    • Collaborate with senior team members to refine your skills and grow into a top-performing sales executive.

Requirements

We're looking for a driven and charismatic individual with a strong background in sales or marketing. Ideally, you'll have a year's experience in a sales environment or as part of a marketing/content team.

We need someone with a strong appetite for success, a willingness to learn, and a passion for engaging with businesses in the FMCG and e-commerce industries.
