About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Complex Needs Support Worker to join our team at SeeAbility. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex health needs, including sight loss and life-limiting degenerative conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily care and support to individuals with complex needs, including personal care, laundry, meal preparation, and administration.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the individuals we support, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans, ensuring that the needs of each person are met.
  • Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Experience working with individuals with complex health needs, including sight loss and life-limiting degenerative conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with individuals, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and shift work.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality care and support, with a focus on promoting independence and dignity.
