Job Title: Female Complex Needs Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Complex Needs Support Worker to join our team at SeeAbility. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex health needs, including sight loss and life-limiting degenerative conditions.

About the Role:
  • Provide daily care and support to individuals with complex needs, including personal care, laundry, meal preparation, and administration.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure person-centred care.
  • Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and support.
  • Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of records and support plans, and function as a key worker when required.
Requirements:
  • Experience of working with individuals with complex health needs, including sight loss and life-limiting degenerative conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Flexibility to work a shift rota, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.
