Job Title: Female Complex Needs Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Complex Needs Support Worker to join our team at SeeAbility. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex health needs, including sight loss and life-limiting degenerative conditions.

About the Role:
  • Provide daily activities such as personal care, laundry, meal preparation, and administration.
  • Develop strong relationships with the individuals you support and take personal responsibility for the quality of care and support delivered.
  • Safeguard and promote the welfare of the individuals you support.
  • Encourage individuals to make choices and express their individuality.
  • Work collaboratively with other agencies, parents, carers, and services to ensure person-centred care.
  • Take direction from the multi-disciplinary team and ensure good working practice, including health and safety awareness.
  • Assist with tasks necessary to ensure positive life experiences.
  • Develop and contribute to the maintenance of records and support plans.
  • Support individuals to maintain a clean-living environment.
  • Participate in regular and ongoing training relevant to the needs of the individuals you support.
  • Work in accordance with SeeAbility's values.

What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £12.00 per hour (£23,400 per annum) plus benefits.
