Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough conflict searches for new clients and matters, utilizing our conflict management system and external resources.
- Review and analyze information to identify potential conflicts of interest, collaborating with lawyers and PAs to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare concise and accurate analyses, proposing next steps for consideration by the Conflicts Investigation Team.
- Clear low-risk conflict issues and work closely with the CIT to provide a prompt and efficient service to lawyers.
We're looking for a candidate with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Experience in conflict resolution, risk management, or regulatory compliance is highly desirable.
