About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at The Savoy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing corporate sales opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with key corporate accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and Recommend Prospective Corporate Clients
    • Conduct market research and gather insights to identify potential corporate clients
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive prospect list
  • Develop and Maintain Relationships
    • Build relationships with key corporate clients to secure corporate and transient business
    • Negotiate rates within established guidelines and formalize agreements through written contracts
  • Contract and Manage Corporate Accounts
    • Contract and manage corporate accounts to ensure commitments are met
    • Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure delivery of promised services
  • Prepare and Present Performance Reports
    • Prepare and present weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports
    • Track market trends and gather competitive intelligence
  • Represent The Savoy
    • Represent The Savoy at tradeshows, conventions, and promotional events
    • Participate in sales training programs
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality or luxury service industry, with a focus on corporate sales
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present confidently to corporate clients
  • Strong negotiation skills and a track record of meeting sales targets
  • A proactive, solution-oriented attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
