Key Responsibilities- Identify and Recommend Prospective Corporate Clients
- Conduct market research and gather insights to identify potential corporate clients
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive prospect list
- Develop and Maintain Relationships
- Build relationships with key corporate clients to secure corporate and transient business
- Negotiate rates within established guidelines and formalize agreements through written contracts
- Contract and Manage Corporate Accounts
- Contract and manage corporate accounts to ensure commitments are met
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure delivery of promised services
- Prepare and Present Performance Reports
- Prepare and present weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports
- Track market trends and gather competitive intelligence
- Represent The Savoy
- Represent The Savoy at tradeshows, conventions, and promotional events
- Participate in sales training programs
- 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality or luxury service industry, with a focus on corporate sales
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present confidently to corporate clients
- Strong negotiation skills and a track record of meeting sales targets
- A proactive, solution-oriented attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
