Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer within the Strodes College division on a term-time only basis.

This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities including:

  • Managing the CEO's calendar and scheduling meetings
  • Preparing agendas and taking minutes during meetings
  • Assisting with examination planning and organization
  • Compiling and maintaining academic calendars
  • Supporting the creation and updating of documents and reports
  • Managing updates to the intranet
  • Liaising with key stakeholders
  • Coordinating interview arrangements

Additionally, the position involves facilitating the organization and management of various events at the College, such as:

  • Enrolment and induction sessions for new students
  • Open evenings and recruitment events
  • Community engagement activities
  • Staff events

Other duties may be assigned as required.
