Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing menus for the hotel's restaurant and bar.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance the hotel's culinary offerings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or equivalent role in a high-end hotel or restaurant.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with a focus on maintaining high standards in the kitchen.
