Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Front of House team, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve the guest experience, including the creation and improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies.
  • Take ownership of the visitor management system, ensuring seamless and efficient operations.
  • Provide training and support to team members, promoting a culture of excellence and customer service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective service delivery.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including health and safety documentation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with visitors, clients, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • SIA license required.
