Job Title: Brain Injury Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Libertatem Healthcare Group. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to an individual with complex health needs, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personalized care and support to our client with complex health conditions.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
  • Administer medication and monitor health conditions.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in learning disabilities and epilepsy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Energetic, upbeat, and empathetic nature.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work the specified hours.
  • Valid UK driver's license.
