Service Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Executive to join our team at Reed. As a Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our service department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking advice, servicing, and repairs for their vehicles.
- Communication: Manage communication between the workshop and customers, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
- Estimates and Invoicing: Provide customers with estimates and timely updates on the status of their vehicle's service or repair. Accurately invoice and cost jobs for warranty/goodwill submissions.
- Workshop Management: Monitor workshop job progress, advising service reception of any delays or complications.
- Technical Support: Offer guidance and advice on mechanical and diagnostic queries as requested by Technicians.
