Cornwall Staff Agency is seeking a talented and ambitious Chef de Partie to join our team in a luxury hotel setting. As a key member of our culinary team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a 2AA Rosette dining environment.

About the Role

  • We are looking for a Chef de Partie with experience working at CDP level within a rosette/fine dining environment.
  • You must be able to demonstrate versatility and adaptability in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential, as well as the ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of health and hygiene, and for delivering dishes to a rosette standard.
  • A food hygiene certificate is a requirement for this role.
  • You must be flexible and able to work variable shift patterns, including evenings and weekends.
