Job Title: Relief Support Worker

We are seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our team at Grangemouth Care Home, a 8-bedded facility providing long-term care to individuals with learning disabilities.

About the Role

As a Relief Support Worker, you will work as part of a close-knit team to provide individualized care and support to our residents. Your main duties will include:

  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support.
  • Building positive relationships with our residents, promoting their independence and autonomy.
  • Supporting individuals throughout activities, providing positive feedback and encouragement.

Requirements
