About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Pharmacy Support Specialist at Newton Blue. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and training to our pharmacy customers across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer incidents and provide training support through various channels, including telephone, remote, and on-site visits.
  • Provide a friendly and professional service to our customers at all times, ensuring all customer incidents are resolved in line with company timescales.
  • Manage customer incident progress, call backs, and correspondence as required.
  • Prioritize calls and incidents and escalate to the appropriate line manager when necessary.
  • Provide support and guidance to customers throughout the migration process to our products.
Training and Development

As a Pharmacy Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering training in a mix of formal, informal, and online settings to internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with our Lead Trainer to ensure product knowledge and training delivery skills are continually refined.

Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and a pharmacy background.
  • Ability to work comfortably under pressure and in partnership with team members to resolve customer issues and questions.
  • Can-do creative attitude with the ability to apply to customer problems.
  • Prioritize, manage multiple incidents/calls, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfortable using applications such as MS Office Suite.
  • Current full driving license and willingness to travel as required by the business.
