Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Pharmacy Support Specialist to join our team at Newton Blue. As a Pharmacy Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing technical support and training to our pharmacy customers across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve customer incidents and provide training support through various channels, including telephone, remote, and on-site visits.
- Provide a friendly and professional service to our customers at all times, ensuring all customer incidents are resolved in line with company timescales.
- Manage customer incident progress, call backs, and correspondence as required.
- Prioritize calls and incidents and escalate to the appropriate line manager when necessary.
- Provide support and guidance to customers throughout the migration process to our products.
Training and Development
As a Pharmacy Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to deliver training in a variety of settings, including formal classroom sessions, informal on-site training, and online sessions using tools such as Zoom and CentraStage. You will work closely with our Lead Trainer to ensure that training is delivered consistently and to a high standard.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong understanding of the pharmacy industry.
- Ability to work comfortably under pressure and in partnership with team members to resolve customer issues and questions.
- Can-do attitude with the ability to apply creative solutions to customer problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to use applications such as MS Office Suite.
- Current full driving license and willingness to travel throughout the UK as required.
