Key Responsibilities
  • Support the management of our pharmacies, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for our customers.
  • Dispense prescription medicines accurately and efficiently, maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and offering information on common ailments, symptoms, and products.
  • Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to deliver high-quality healthcare services to our customers.
  • Assess the legal appropriateness of dispensed prescriptions and respond to clinical and legal queries from healthcare practitioners.
  • Ensure all dispensary routines and standard operating procedures are followed, maintaining a clean and tidy working environment.
Requirements
  • Pharmacy Technician/NVQ qualification or equivalent.
  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council as a Pharmacy Technician.
  • Proof of completing annual Continuing Professional Development requirements.
