We are in search of a skilled eCommerce product category trader to become part of our vibrant Lifestyle team at our Huddersfield Head Office. As a detail-oriented e-commerce category trader, you will delve into the specifics of our lifestyle offerings, showcasing their advantages and crafting engaging narratives to boost sales and enhance our online visibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance conversion rates on our website by refining the customer journey.
  • Leverage insights and experience to elevate performance through content, promotions, marketing investments, and service offerings.
  • Establish e-commerce KPIs across multiple channels, working closely with both internal and external partners.
  • Collaborate with our paid media team to optimize expenditure and maximize profitability.
  • Coordinate with essential departments such as Buying, CRM, Merchandising, Traffic, and Creative to execute category strategies.
  • Utilize insights to implement enhancements, identify new initiatives and growth opportunities, and generate data to support strategic decisions.
  • Develop content strategies, buying guides, and other resources to drive conversion and revenue.
  • Spot opportunities for personalized promotions, product suggestions, and innovative functionalities.
  • Utilize marketplaces and affiliates for clearance efforts on aged inventory.
  • Ensure that key information, specifications, infographics, and product descriptions are optimized.
  • Oversee the tone of voice across Lifestyle platforms and customer communications.
What We Are Looking For
  • Demonstrated experience in a commercial e-commerce role, preferably within product-focused retail.
  • Proficient in GA4 and various analytical tools to analyze data and enhance performance.
  • Hands-on experience with e-commerce principles and technologies, concentrating on improving the customer journey.
  • Experience collaborating with paid media and other marketing teams.
  • Driven, enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with commercial acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
