Work Environment and Schedule
- This position is based at our Colchester headquarters.
- You will work a total of 40 hours per week across 5 days. Specific working hours will be determined at the conclusion of the recruitment process. Current available hours include Tuesday to Saturday from 9am to 6pm or Monday to Friday from 11am to 8pm with one Saturday every three weeks . If you work a Saturday, you will receive a day off in lieu the following week.
Daily Responsibilities of a Junior Relocation Consultant
- Managing a high volume of incoming and outgoing communications via phone, webchat, and email.
- Recording client information and directing it to the appropriate in-branch teams for arranging property viewings.
- Scheduling property valuations.
- Performing various administrative duties for our branch network, including data entry.
- Collaborating with your team to achieve collective success and uphold high service standards.
