Job Title: Payroll Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll transactions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage payroll data, including employee information and benefits
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and external stakeholders
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless payroll processing
  • Stay up-to-date with changing payroll regulations and ensure compliance

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in payroll administration
  • Knowledge of payroll legislation and HMRC regulations
  • Payroll qualification (e.g., CIPP National Payroll Certificate) or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
