Payroll Administrator Opportunity

Reed is currently seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join a well-respected organisation based in central Aberdeen. This permanent full-time opportunity offers a chance to work within a friendly and sociable team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Input daily timesheets into the system
  • Prepare the weekly paysheet for the central team
  • Manage absence and calculate SSP, SMP, and SPP
  • Maintain holiday trackers and manage payroll-related spreadsheets
  • Resolve queries via telephone and email and support the audit process
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and adhere to strict GDPR regulations
Requirements:
  • Experience within a payroll position
  • Understanding of MS Office, including Excel
  • A results-driven individual with excellent teamwork skills
  • Desirable: experience with CIS
